is focused on the desired outcomes, issues and topics you identify:

weeks

Combines team sessions with personal/executive coaching to increase the

in enhanced personal input and more effective team communication and
cooperation

mutual support; problem solving and decision making, addressing identified
issues along the way

Session set up allows for staff to deal with immediate work issues or

The 12 week program can be provided in a flexible 3-4 month time span
Other than 'one-shot' programs,
we work with a twelve week process to reinforce learning, practice at work
with
new
tools and approaches and to support individual staff at their different
levels and capacity. Using validated tools,
we
measure change in team behavior and capacity and adapt to immediate needs
as they arise in the team process.
This Team Transformation™ approach ensures that
your investment has a long term effect instead of the natural
‘fizzle out’ effects of the one time sessions of otherwise excellent
